Please tell us more about your company?

Thea-Tex Healthcare (India) Pvt Ltd is a two-decade old manufacturer of surgical masks, N95 masks, wipes, disposable caps, shoe covers, gowns, and many other nonwoven products. Filtra® is our registered product brand.

Is filtra.store a new company?

No, it’s our new E commerce platform but it’s the same two-decade old company manufacturing and processing your orders. Post COVID, we understood that millions of consumers may be looking to buy good quality certified products within our product basket but not sure where to find them or buy them from. We wanted to offer our high-quality products, which are widely used by the most reputed hospital chains across India, directly to Indian consumers.

Where is your company located?

We are located at Vasai East, a famous industrial area close to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What is the shipping time?

All orders on our store are processed and packed the same day as we receive the orders. Your order will be packed directly in the factory, not in a third-party external fulfilment centre or warehouse. We then book a reliable courier company via Shiprocket, which provides the fastest and most reliable service to your PIN code. The pickup will either be the same day or the next day, except Sundays which is our weekly off so that our employees get one rest day per week. Most shipments will be delivered within 2-5 days depending on your location.

Is the payment gateway safe and how can we pay?

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which is 100% safe. It offers all methods of payment from UPI, Cards, Net Banking etc. We do offer COD but due to some operational issues as a new platform from time to time we must deactivate it.

How do you pack the orders?

Your orders will be packed within our air conditioned, clean room packing department, in 5-Ply extra strong mini courier boxes. The box is sealed with BOPP tape and if inclement weather also stretch film wrapped.

Can we buy Filtra products on other E commerce sites?

We do also have a Filtra brand store on Amazon India as a Prime seller through Easy Ship Amazon Transport Services. We no longer use FBA services, so that all products and orders are dispatched to the customer from our factory, not a fulfilment centre. This ensure that we maintain product brand integrity, quality, storage hygiene and proper courier packing.

What is the return & refund policy?

In case you want to return the product within a week you may do so providing the original packing is not opened. As a medical and hygiene product we hope you understand that can’t resell an opened product. The courier cost should be borne by the buyer, but we will refund the purchase cost, if we receive the goods in good condition.

How do you ensure quality?

Our company is a two-decade old manufacturer that has been exporting to more than 30 countries, and the products exceed US/ASTM, European/EN and Indian/IS standards. We have ISO 13485 quality assurance medical device certification from SGS and Medical Device manufacturing/distribution licenses (MD5 & MD42) for Class A and B products.

Do you run any seasonal sales or discounts?

If you sign up as a registered user, then you will be added to our regular customer database. From time to time when we run offers and sales promotions you will be the first to receive exclusive discount codes.

What about bulk or large volume orders?

If you have a larger requirement such as a central procurement, small hospital, nursing home, manufacturing company etc, then you may send us a mail or message with your tentative volumes so we can understand if you qualify for a B2B account for offline sales.

Do you have any other products?

Although we are a twenty-year-old company filtra.store is our new D2C venture so that consumers can also buy our products directly.
